Itinerary
At exactly 6am East African Time, you will be met by our experienced driver at your Hotel or residence in Kampala, you will then drive westwards to Queen Elizabeth National Park through Mityana Fort Portal high way. A long the way you will have an opportunity to see the beautiful vegetation and the hospitable people along the roads. Also, you will have a bathroom stop either in Mityana town or Mubende, here you can refresh midway to your destination. If you see anything interesting feel free to tell the driver about it, he will stop and allow you to take a few pictures. Later in the afternoon, you will check in at Aramaga Rift valley Lodge and be relaxed over lunch.
In the morning before the sunrise hundreds of birds begin to sing their various songs all together, they sound like a boisterous cacophony, you will hear their individual sounds giving your morning a symphony of beauty and awe as you enjoy your moth watering breakfast and prepare for a great day. You will enjoy activities at Amaraga like swimming, birding and fort portal town tour. It will take you to our community which consists mostly of matooke and onion farmers. We can take you along their fields and show you views over the Semliki Wildife Reserve and Rwenzori Mountains that are almost more beautiful than our own. After a great day of adventure, you will return to the hotel and rest as you prepare for dinner.
The new morning will come and you will be served a great breakfast and made ready for the trip back to Kampala through kasese -Bushenyi -Mbarara route. You will have lunch in Mbarara and continue to Kampala. On your way there are many interesting places like kyamuhunga tea plantation gardens, the queen Elizabeth National Park which you pass through, a number of lakes like Lake Rutoto and others. You will arrive in Kampala later in the evening. Our driver guide will drop you at your residence if in Kampala CBD or at the drop of place
