In the unique beautiful west of Uganda lies the Lake Bunyonyi is the second deepest in Africa, located in the most beautiful scenery of hilly south Western region Kabale District. The lake has many islands such as Bushara, Punishment and Bwama making it an exceptional place to relax. The unique Bwindi Gorilla sanctuary and the adventurous Queen Elizabeth National park – the most visited in Uganda. It holds the greatest biodiversity of wildlife over 90 species of mammal and in excess of 600 bird species have found their home here including some rare an unusual specimen such as the enormous ‘Whale-headed Stork’ standing at over 1 metre in height., among these are the African Buffalo, Ugandan Kob, giant forest hog, warthog, Nile crocodile, African Bush Elephant, African Leopard, Hippopotamus, Jackal, Hyena and Lions. Journey to Bunyonyi

Day 1

Drive to Lake Bunyonyi After breakfast at your Home/ hotel in Kampala, our safari driver guide will meet you for the start of your safari to Lake Bunyonyi through Mbarara to Kabale South Western Uganda. This will be an interesting 7-hour drive through three different types of vegetation. The first two hours will take you through typical tropical countryside with large swamps, Mpanga Forest, and the Equator where you can make a brief stop-over and stride the northern and southern hemisphere be sure to take enough photos and buy some souvenirs. Thereafter, you will proceed through the flat savannah lands where you are likely to observe the famous long-horned Ankole cows. We shall then make a lunch stop in Mbarara before continuing through the impressive hilly Lands of Kabale, popularly known as "the Switzerland of Uganda", When we reach Kabale Town we will proceed to Lake Bunyonyi as the evening closes in. Check in at the Lodge for relaxation, dinner and overnight at the hotel in preparation for yet another wonderful adventure.
Lake Mburo Experience & Gorilla Trek

Day 2

Have an early breakfast, and then visit the Abaheesi and Batwa communities and interact with them, it will be a great time plus a boat ride By boat move to Adventure park where you will have Ziplining, high rope course, hiking and wonderful activities. Return to Hotel for lunch. In the afternoon, have an experience of various activities. Including Boat ride, Paddle boats, Fishing and other wonderful things to dare. The Gorilla Trek at Bwindi After your breakfast the group going for Gorilla trek will be transferred to Bwindi. It is 3 hours from Bunyonyi. You will be guided through the trek and should expect a great adventure through the trek. After the trek you will have lunch at Bwindi view Lodge after your day’s experience, you will be driven back to Bunyonyi, where you will have a wonderful night with camp fire, Barbeque, and music.
Visit Queen Elizabeth National Park

Day 3

After breakfast at 8:00am drive to Ishasha After the central area of Queen Elizabeth, we head to Ishasha sector, a place known for tree-climbing lions. Here you will look for the famous tree-climbing lions around 11:00am when they normally begin climbing fig trees as they seek for shelter in the tree branches from the scorching sunshine and relaxing after a night and morning feast on the antelopes. The Lions are normally seen lazily lying up within the branches of the huge fig trees staring down at the numerous Uganda Kobs that graze in the open giving you a rare moment shot capture If time allows, we will have a brief stop at the fishing village of Kisenyi for a cultural experience. Here you can interact with the fishermen and learn about their economic life. After the village you will proceeded to kaseese. You will have lunch at Enshama Restaurant in Kasese -Mpondwe, as you prepare for a boat cruise at Kazinga channel. The Boat Cruise at Kazinga Channel. In the afternoon we take on a boat cruise along the Kazinga Channel, a natural link between Lake Edward and Lake George. Thanks to the abundant bird life that is sighted and the hundreds of hippos that are cooling off at the shores, this cruise will definitely be one of the highlights of your safari. On the cruise different animals can be seen drinking water along the shores. These include hippos, elephants, buffaloes as well as water birds. Our experienced Guides will be available for inquiries and any other educative information concerning the wild that you will be interested in. The cruise will last around two hours. After this adventurous day you will check in at Simba Safari and camp resort. Here you can refresh, swim and relax. Dinner will later be served at camp fire.
Morning drive and travel to Kampala

Day 4

The day begins with an early breakfast, as we go for a morning game drive in the open savannah vegetation of the Kasenyi plains characterized by various wild animals with Uganda Kob being the dominant one. Because Uganda Kobs are many here, Lions frequent the area and you will most likely see them too during this game drive. You will get to see elephants, buffaloes and other wild animals in their natural habitat, as well as a variety of savannah birds such as the red-throat spur fowls, grey-crown cranes and the yellow throated long crow before we get on the road to Kampala. You will use Kasese -Fort portal-Mubende Masindi Road back to Kampala you will have lunch enroute, in Mubende. Later that evening you will arrive in Kampala, the end of epic four days.
